Hello, I'm Pallavi
Founder of Studio Pole Kissed and the woman behind Pole With Pallavi.
I help women reconnect with their bodies, strength, and sensuality through the art of pole dance.
With over 8 years of pole experience and 5 years of teaching experience, I bring both passion and expertise into every class. As an IPDA internationally certified Pole Pro Instructor, I combine artistry with science — drawing on my extensive knowledge of body mechanics to ensure safe and empowering training for women of all ages.
What started as my personal practice has now become Kolkata’s first dedicated pole dance studio — a space where women rise, move, and rediscover themselves.
My Story
For me, dance was always more than movement — it was expression, prayer, and freedom. When I discovered pole, it became something even deeper: a way to heal, to play, and to reclaim parts of myself I didn’t even know I had lost.
Over the years, I trained rigorously, earning my IPDA international certification, and immersed myself in understanding body mechanics, strength, and safe movement practices. I wanted to create a way of teaching that was not only powerful, but also safe and accessible for women across ages and body types.
In 2020, I began teaching from a single pole — with little more than faith and passion. Today, that seed has grown into Studio Pole Kissed, Kolkata’s first dedicated pole dance studio. Here, women from every walk of life — doctors, entrepreneurs, mothers, students — come together to rise in strength, softness, and freedom.
My approach is intuitive and personal. I don’t just teach tricks — I hold space. Whether it’s your very first spin or your first invert, my intention is always the same: that you leave class feeling stronger, safer, and more in love with your own body.
For me, pole isn’t about performing for the world.
It’s about ascending for yourself. And that’s the journey I invite every woman into.
